It's not the masturbation. If anything, that should desensitize you and make it last longer like the condoms do.

You may want to try a desensitizing lotion or cream. They're available over the counter at CVS and likely other pharmacies, Wal Mart, Target, etc.

Well, it is said that it is okay to "pleasure yourself" before you go out with your partner, because this reduces the expectations that you must be a great lover and have your genitals be ever-ready. You should be able to last longer if you do this. Use thick condoms, this dulls the sensitivity of your genitals, and helps you last longer. Learn to use the "squeeze technique." I've known many guys to use "Kegel Exercises" also. This is basically your problem, but what you need to do is look outside of the box. Try other things to stimulate and satisfy your partner other than intercourse. This will reduce the pressure on you, it'll help you relax, and you'll be able to have some sense of control. There are other things you can do to stimulate your partner, like, kissing, snuggling, petting, stimulating her breast, and so forth. Use your imagination. Good luck.

It appears that you have been using the bed lot more or you may be in a hurry to have maximum shifts, hence please settle your mind first and forget what you started in 20's is now 10 years old and yet you require to mastrubate. Control your sexitment and do not think so deeply. I am sure that in the present situation it hardly matters whether you use condom or not, i presume by your details that even without condom you may be a harmless person since you have been using bed and mastrubation all at the same time.

There are many natural ways to cure premature ejaculation. A proven natural method can be found on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565

Recent polls have shown that the average length of intercourse is usually anywhere between 2 to 12 minutes. Most often those diagnosed with premature ejaculation climax in less than a minute or two, and there are even those who ejaculate before there is any sort of penetration. In all actuality, “too short” is really just a matter of opinion. The most important factor is if a man feels that he is unable to control his ejaculation and is frequently climaxing before he would like. Any man who feels that this is a problem for him may be suffering from some form of premature ejaculation.

Maybe shes just too hot. Think of the things that put your mind in neutral. Like your granmother or your hairy aunt. Things that are not sexual usually helps.

In most men, premature ejaculation occurs infrequently and isn't usually a cause for worry. However, if it occurs too often and ends up plaguing your sex life, it can very well be a cause for concern. Techniques to delay premature ejaculation https://tr.im/WGlFP
Studies have shown that premature ejaculation has a direct relationship with age. As men grow older and testosterone levels drop with age, premature ejaculation most likely sets in.
