I am a somewhat attractive, good personality, 40 something woman who receives many advances and can get many dates. I swear that the men I like, don't end up wanting me but the ones I don't, do want me. I don't like playing games and am honest to a fault. So, if I'm not interested in a man, I tell them and let them know why...nicely of course, but when I do like a man, I also tell them and tell them why. I swear it always goes downhill from there because ok the challenge is over. Do guys like the challenge instead of someone who is honest about their thoughts and feelings?

If you don't like playing games, don't start now just for some guy. Don't compromise the way you are for someone who has problems with you being yourself. Sooner or later a guy who hates playing games and likes an upfront woman will come along!

Maybe your honest to a fault isn't working. Maybe you scare off a guy you like by coming on to strong right off the bat. I know if I was a guy and just wanted to get to know you with a few dates first I might be afraid if you came on to strong you wanted marriage before you even know each other well. Hey, guys like you to keep them guessing for awhile not, "oh, I think I might love you." Hey, they'll think your to easy.

No never, especially at our age, is best to be honest and up front. it is just the guys youve been picking. they may be married, or permentally single, but stay the way you are, and keep looking, were out here and we will meet soon...
good single guy looking.
