1) Chitterlings- Pig intestines that have to have the fecal matter cleaned off before you can eat them.

2) Okra- It bursts open and slimes when cooked.

3) Shrimp- Let's just say I became well acquainted with "ralph" and "earl" after eating this.

The texture is really pasty, and the fish taste was extremely strong. Ick!

FRIED CHITTERLINGS!! They smelled like the fecal matter that had been in them and when you cut into one, it looks like what comes out of your nose when you've got the worst head cold in the world.
Now, boiled chitterlings are good but fried ones....pray to the stone pony!

rourou-------->traditional fijian food. urgh. Its a plant that is usually boiled and eaten with tuna. Horribly itchy on the throat. I dont get why Fijians like it.

I ate some fried grasshoppers before. They weren't that bad, but it is weird having little legs stuck in your teeth.
