If you are still feeling this way, you might want to consider that the meds you are taking are not the "correct" ones for you. There are many, many meds out there and each person is different. It may take years to find the "right" combination for you, but once you find it, you'll be glad you kept trying. Also, pay attention during Cog Behav Therapy, use the skills they teach you, and you should see improvement as well.

I think those disorders have made you prematurely mature. lolz.
Generally all ppl have insecurities about their bodies/looks.
You're only 14, you've got a whole life ahead of you. Try not to focus on your body image but your personality. Your inner qualities. You sound very intelligent and smart. I think thats cool.
You feel like suiciding?! I feel so sorry for you. Pliz dont suicide, that would be absolutely sad. And try not to worry about what other ppl think of your appearance. Whats more important is whats inside of you. That you're a good human being with nice characteristics eg. honest, helpful, kind, smart, intelligent, funny etc. You get bored alot? Well then try to get some new hobbies.
You really have alot of problems..gosh!
Pray to god. Jesus is always there during the darkest times. Try reading the bible.

wow. I am sorry to hear your situation. I can relate with the depression and anxiety. All I can say is dont hurt yourself because eventually you will overcome and when you do you will be able to get through anything. Stay with the meds, eat right, and keep seeing a therapist. As for your parents I had a have a set exactly like that and it still messes with me. If your antidepressant isnt working, you need to find one that does. I went through 5 and finally ten years later I found one that works. Wellbutrin

The fact that you posted this question shows that your willing or want to change. So the question boils down to why you haven't?I would think this is a psychological issue.Which is a reasonable assumption. The prob is, how much will power do you have to change yourself?Heres something that might help.Set a goal for yourself(ex: gain 10pounds of muscle in 2month,Or read 100pages of a boring textbook). If you can will yourself to do things that you don't enjoy, then you can will yourself to face society.Remember, only way to change, is to act upon the plan of action.Theres a dif between thinking u can do it and actually doing it.Best of luck.
