Obviously you don't fit in. When you feel like someone is not approachable because his parents have a bunch of money then you are lacking in your self-esteem. Never think you are less because you don't have as much money. Class is not something you can buy. Educate yourself to the fullest extent and wealth will unfold to you. If you prosper with your new found intelligence and wealth remember that someone will always have more material wise. Someone will always have more. Class is something you can have that no rich or poor person has unless it is within their character. Hold true to character and you will have a wealth of anything even if you have less financially or material wise. Concentrate on you not what someone else owns because they were born into a family that has financial wealth. I have met many rich folks that are cheapskates, low intelligence, greedy, rude, slobs, etc. I have also met rich people who are the opposite. Having financial wealth doesn't guarantee they are worth your time. If you have to try to "fit in" then you don't "fit in" believe me.

If you like him and he likes you who cares. however, I will say being around rich folks is sometimes a trip, but they are just people and people are people. Me personally, I was raised fairly wealthy, I would rather be around average people, I find them to be less fake. Money does not make you who you are, it gives you status, however can not give you character or personality. Keep that in mind when around these people. They are just like everyone else, they just have more money to live life with. And money does not make one better, happier or a better person. Good luck and God bless

Well, if you do not give yourself a chance to mix with rich people then you will only be mixing with poor people. Why are you so afraid, what have you got to loose. Since he like you too, then just like lah. No need to be so serious. Seriousness comes when both of you are in love.

if you really like him, you shouldn't be bothered by his financial status. if he likes you for you then i think you shouldn't be bothered by what people might think about you as long as you mind you manners and keep it real all the time. You needn't act like some posh girl especially if that isn't what you really are. And also, don't be intimidated by wealthy people....having more money doesn't mean they're better than you.

If you both like each other, who cares if he's rich? And how do you know that you won't fit in unless you first try? Plus, if he really likes you and you don't fit in, that won't really matter. What matters most is that you fit in with each other.

a rich person can be a pauper overnite.
Just be yourself and everything will be fine. A person's worth is not what he makes but who is is inside.
