Everyday consumption of honey is not harmful for you provided if you use it in moderation.

I wouldn't necessarily drink it but, it is a fact that if you eat honey that is produced naturally with in 50 miles of where you live it will have natual ingredients that will keep you healthy and help fight off colds and viruses and stuff like that.

honey contains small amounts of botulinum toxin. typical use is safe for healthy people, over the age of two. it would not be safe to consume in large amounts, particularly not on a regular basis. botulinum toxin is fatal if consumed in a large enough dose.

Yes. Altho I think it would depend on how much...just like any sugar you don't want to go on overload. Too much sugar is still too much sugar.
