Not, especially if there is little prospect of being able to provide for any children.
However, there is a story of a man during the time of the prophet who was so poor that he was unable to provide a date as dowry. He went up to the Prophet, who consequently was able to find him a substantial amount of gold when he sold a sword, women who were willing to make a wedding feast, and a bride who was willing to accet it.
Moral of the story is that the Muslim community is meant to stand together, and be a source of support when a fellow Muslim is going through a time of need. Problem is, there is little to no such strong Muslim community, even in Muslim countries. If you can find friends loyal enough to support you in such an expedenture, then I wish you all blessings. Otherwise, save up for it, since it will be a valuable investment.

without means he can marry a woman or a girl of the same standerd who has no means .or other rich muslims brothers shuld help him to arrange his marriage.

I really don't get it.
If there is nuclear war on earth and you get onto an island which has only one woman and no men, then if you both consent, and you both ask God to "marry" you, and you make a "mock" marriage, then it should be enough for God.

u got me thinking..why doesn't the priest get married? ..i mean don't they have lust ?they're just man right?. ok regarding the muslim man...do what he wants to do but musn't be against the religion's teaching
