My favorite is zabasearch.com. If they don't list it, then a fee service at veromi.com will get you quite a bit of information without the actual address for free. But usually it's enough to get you going. You can also try the Multmomah or Washington county assessors office and see if they have a property serch (I know Coos and Douglas counties do). This will show property owned and their actual address as well.
