I'm the sensitive type and my crush knows this...so why does she insist on flirting w/me? I'm assuming that she isn't interested b/c she doesnt talk to me...she only talks to me with her eyes...wierd huh? And there was this time where she was looking at me in the hallway and when i turned around to look at her, her face lit up She got closer to me and we were smiling n eye flirting at one anothe but then seconds later she stepped away from me. I mean if she liked me wouldnt she keep a closer distance?

Don't assume she's not interested because she's not talking. The eyes might be intended as an invitation. You're apparently not talking to her either, but you say you have a crush on her. The same might be true for her.
Try opening a conversation about something. Sports, the weather, homework, whatever. If she's interested in making something happen she can pick up the cue from there and you can see where it goes.
The other possibility is that some girls are fascinated by the fact that they can wind guys up. The flirty looks are just a sport -- a strictly non-contact sport -- for them. If she won't pick up a conversation but continues to flirt, I suggest to drop the crush and drop her a couple pegs in your estimation until she learns to carry on an adult conversation.
