I am a First Generation Mexican-American Immigrant.

Born, raised, and college educated here.

T W E N T Y adult years of HARD EARNED career experience and pay raises..

My problem is this...

Poor, less educated, inexperianced, and younger Caucasians (yes really) are hurting my career by working for less than half of my pay rate...

... and I am still half a notch below the cost of living wage for my area in Southern Cal..

Who can I call that is equal to a reverse "La Migra" but that isn't racially oriented or biased? ... The Labor Board?

I don't have a predjudice bone in my body... but this more than sux... 20 years!

If you are college educated, yet poor, less educated, inexperienced, Caucasians are hurting your career by working for less than half your pay, your education was wasted or that the Caucasian with less education has more common sense and can do the same job without that higher education? You are a legal citizen, so is he, this is not an immigration issue. It is a 'who does the job better' issue. Accept it, they're just plain SMARTER.

Why do you use the term "La Migra"? Do you know what it means. Why would you need immigration for a work related problem? I am so sorry that you are half a notch below the cost of living here in the Golden State. You could always go a little further south, I hear the cost of living there is very low.

If they are in this country illegally than you can still call La Migra.

Not enough jobs in CA + too many people. That's your real problem. With all your education you would think you would have figured that out.
