It doesn't make a big difference as long as it's after a meal. But if I had to guess, I would assume after dinner, especially a late dinner.

My reasoning is, the water soluble vitamins will have more time to absorb back from your bladder if you are asleep, assuming you don't wake up to urinate.

I wouldn't worry about what meal you take, but instead to eat healthy foods as vitamins from good foods are far more effective than vitamins.

Every vitamin must be taken at a certain time for the best effect ;
for example vitamin A is taken after dinner .

After breakfast. Because then you have them working for you as you're working through the day.
