The payoff you acquire for procrastinating is likely motives why you finally end up repeating the trend. Procrastinators placed off projects till the very final available 2nd by way of fact, at that l a s t 2nd, there's a burst of skill from adrenaline and neurotransmitters released based on the severe tension the techniques is under. Procrastinators get a organic severe, a organic euphoria, via waiting till there is not greater time to watch for winding up the job, if he/she needs to prevail. Many procrastinators are regularly occurring for asserting, "I do my terrific paintings under pressure." it rather is unquestionably not the reality, even though it justifies the waiting as a worth reason. the reality which you're feeling so drained and might incredibly not do the paintings appropriate away is yet another ingredient. in case you're drained each and every of the time, that is which you unknowingly seem forward to the push on the final minute when you consider which you like a strengthen out of the common on a regular basis fatigue. i've got found out the difficult way that early and secure coaching rather prevents the on a regular basis fatigue to 3 quantity....i'm getting a "2nd wind," a sparkling burst of skill by way of fact i'm tackling some thing it rather is hard and that i be attentive to i visit conquer the job. Now THAT brings an extremely solid feeling....and that's a lot greater advantageous than the final-minute under pressure-out skill raise and next skill crash. (ok, Saccade, be severe high quality!) Consistency is what your physique desires, what your techniques desires, and what you as a individual might desire to discover get away from the ever-contemporary psychological fatigue.

I am exactly the same as you. There is no MIRACLE cure unfortunately but to start off. try this. 1) Ensure you are eating a healthy Diet, Health Body = Healthy mind. 2) SLEEP, very important that your getting good amounts of sleep. 3) Make a to do list, write down everything you have to do and rank them in order of importance and include a timeframe it needs to be done in. Work through this and cross them off as you go. At least if you continue prcrastinating you will be organised and know exactly what you haven't done and be healthier to do an all nighter to get work done on time.

The best way to fix that is to do your homework as soon as you get home from school so then you have it out of the way.
You will find that if you do your homework as soon as you get home from school you will have no reason to be late in the morning.
I know that it is a pain but it is the best way to do it. Just get it out of the way and then you may be able to get up on time in the morning. Good Luck. You say that you are on medication if so take it an hour earlier so that you will be able to get up and function well in the morning.

Well it's all a mental thing. You just need to tell yourself that it's totally not worth freaking out over at midnight and losing sleep. I know it's really hard to devote time to homework, so try to listen to some music while doing it or split the homework into 30 minute sessions. That's what I do. :)

Things are a little bit harder in college because you have to set your own schedule. You have to remember why you are in college in the first place. Remember you big goals as well as the day to day. On task at a time.

maybe your suffering from depression or related mental illness?
or even simpler, try changing your diet and add more vitamin d, protein and antioxidants (and lower the sugar and bad carbs)...this may get your body and your mind to a "brighter" state of things that may help you with your sleep and increase your focus on things.
