Well, you sound quite young. Don't let any guy come between you and your best friend. A guy you date now will most likely be gone by the time you actually do find your real "dream guy". Find out if this is going to bother her before you go any further.

Talk to you friend and ask her how much she really likes him. Don't let her know that he asked you out, just have a simple conversation with her.

If this girl has been your friend for some years, don't let a guy ruin your friendship. Yall all just need to be friends if your girlfriend will be hurt if you date the guy than don't date him. Let him know that the two of you can hang out but thats all becuase you and your friend like him and you don't want to mess up your friendship with both people.

IF the guy is intrested in u and not the your friend then go for it. Your friend will understand and she'll get over it

A best gf is better than a guy anytime. You will always have her to lean on & confide in. Ask her how she really feels about him. If she digs him, he may not be to crazy about her.

I know its tough for you, but you should date him if you really know what kind of guy he is. Why should your friend be angry with you? If she were in the same position, i'm sure she would date him also.

If shes a true friend she will understand.just talk to her calmly about it.If she doesent understand, then thats not a nice friend, but if she does tell her she s a true friend and tell her you love her and will be there for just as she just was.And mean it too.dont ever be fake.
