I'm on a budget. I don't like fancy froo froo. I like clean and simple lines. Right now decorating my 2 yr old daughters bedroom.

Metropolitan Home is the cleanest, hippest mag out there for what you like. Other wise, House Beautiful. I really can't stand Architectural Digest.

IKEA is good for a budget and is very simple clean lines. Rooms to Go has very affordable furniture and a good kid section. Domestications has inexpensive soft goods. All of those places have web sites you can check out.
