you need to follow the instructions at this site. Write or call if they happen to offer a phone number and ask for specific instructions. The hospital in which you were born will not have this type of information.
It will most likely cost you to receive the copy and it will take some time, but the site is a government site and is completely legit.

Yes contact the hospital you were born at and you will probably need to get a seal to make it just like the original copy from the county you were born in. Good luck

Contact your county health department. They have a list of state agencies you have to contact. Sometimes a couple of bucks is charged. Some states do it online. Best of luck to you. Be sure that you get a certified copy as some situations will only accept this kind of birth certificate.

Yes, contact the Clerk of Courts where you were born, and they will tell you which division records births, and for a small charge, you should have no trouble getting a copy.

You get it from the city where you were born...look for the city online, go to their website and it will tell you what to do...it invovles money and will take awhile...the hospital birth certificate will not do for anything at all official.

Go to the hall of Records. Since you live out of State, you need
to call the hall of records from the place that you were born.
You can not go to any hall of records.
