Baton Rouge had a little individual coffee house called CC's, where they sell Community Coffee. Now it's a big chain all over Louisiana, and I hope to see it grow into a national chain, because it's THAT good.

small coffee house because its more relaxed and more creative in the way the coffee is made with what ingridents. They also pride themselves off of customers so they will take care of you better.

I like the 'mom 'n' pop' coffee houses with good java, lots of yummy pastries, and free internet. You don't have the horrible music that nationwide place always plays and the customers are more interesting.

for me small coffee house seems more homey than the dime a dozen franchised coffee chains. Also, if you know the proprietor then you get more perks!
