NEITHER! It's stupid to pay $3.50 for a cup of trendy, pretentious, "designer" coffee just so Starbucks Inc and/or Coffee Bean Inc can get richer! They give it a fancy, artsy-fartsy name and jack up the price and suddenly it's not just a "cup o' joe" but a extra-tall grande, mocha, whipped, double espresso, vanilla iced coffee, or some other lame-@ss creation that they can over-charge for! Hahahaha...ridiculous!

bean coffee is the only way to go. you can order it fresh roasted and fresh roasted makes a big difference. when you buy in a major chain store you have no idea usually how long those beans have been on the shelf

Neither...I like the coffee beanery at home. No, it isn't the same place as "coffee bean"! I've been to both, though, and to a few starbucks' both in the US and the UK...I still prefer the beanery. The one I go to is in the beaver valley mall in beaver, PA...the head guy there makes THE best cup of coffee! And his Cafe Caramel....mwah!! Heavenly!!!

Any coffee - any - is better than Starbucks.
I drink Starbucks at some friends' homes because it is what they buy and serve. I don't buy it and I don't like it.

Coffee Bean all the way.....the roast of coffee they use doesnt taste burnt and its nice to have a large selection of teas not just coffees. Baristas tend to be nicer, more accomodating and not judgmental towards drink choice!

I live in remote rural Iowa, but I do do 8-O'Clock coffee, wonderful Arabica coffee that can be drilled into powder and turned into 8 cups of wonderful coffee.Locally.

when i'm younger (ie in my teens) = coffeebean
cos when i'm younger, i go for nice cakes, varieties of ice-blended and novelty....
now that i'm a working adult = starbucks!!
now i prefer stronger, hot coffee.... and starbuck make better coffee and better brewed... and now as i grow older, i learn to appreciate the flavour, body and aroma ....
