What do you do when you've realized you love him but it's too late????

I really really really like this guy...I think I love him, but we never taken that next step, like we've never comitted to a relationship and it's been a WHILE!! All his friends say he wants me more than anything, that he wants me to be his girl so he can tell me he loves me. I've just realized that he is the guy I've been waiting on....the one who will be my best friend first, the one who will call me by my FULL name, first middle and last. The one who can shake my father's hand and look my mother in the eye. The one who can promise his best friend, my brother, that he'll have me home on time....I've realized that he is that one, and I don't know what to do. Do you think after all this time that he thinks I don't want a relationship, or do you think he would say yes in a minute because I KNOW he has feelings for me....we've both just been to scared to ask, and him being my brother's best friend doesn't really help....What should I do??

Tell him your feelings. If he is really in love with you, he won't mind that he had to wait so long for the both of you to admit your true feelings. You have nothing to lose, only much to gain.

Oh gosh. If that means he's your soulmate, then I have been missing out too. Now I feel stupid and sick. The only thing is, the guy I am thinking about has a girlfriend now. Talk to him quick, before it's really too late.

Definately talk to him. Face to face is always good but if its too inimitdating it can be over the phone. You don't exactly have to wait for him to bring up the topic, u can bring it up to. For guys its always hard because guys know that if they bring up the topic it can end a relationship or bring ackwardness into it or it has the possibility of harming it if she doesn't feel the same in return. Or maybe he's just shy or scared... but if you know he has feeligns in return bringing it up won't hurt anything, just make things better. I recommend you do.. and by bringing it up, it doesnt exactly mean that you've taken away his part in it either... just because you bring up a subject of interest doesnt mean he cant still ask you out prior. I say GO FOR IT!!!! If you really love him you will tell him. You will never know unless you put yourself out there, there is no risk too great!. If you believe that he might feel the same way then what have you go to lose? One night, take him out (yes you!!) go somewhere outside where you can be alone (no friends). Wait about an hour, during that hour just bond and talk to him, touch his hand, flirt with him then you will know when the time is right, tell him. Tell him how you feel (don't just blurt out that you love him). Tell him how he makes you feel, just whisper sweet nothings to him.
