it depends on how long the relationship goes on without chemistry, if you're talking a couple months and you aren't feeling the chemistry there are ways to ignite something...it might not be something real but you can ignite a passionate lust relationship. Chemistry is one of those things that just happens, there really isn't a way to ignite it in a relationship that it just isn't there originally, and you can usually tell if there is chemistry between 2 people after about 3 or 4 weeks...if its not there after that it may never be.

For me "instant chemistry" is a sign that I'm gonna get myself in trouble so I tend to avoid that!
There has to be some level of attraction that's enough to have me interested, but not too much to the point where I get all giddy and can't think straight. I geniunely want to get to know a person before getting involved and too much hot chemistry can be overwhelming. Yes romance and chemistry can and should develop over time. The best physical chemistry comes when it's backed up with mental & emotional chemistry i.e. friendship and love :)

i once thought i was impossible. never in the world will i be together with someone without that love at first sight or instant chemistry. is only until now, that i realize is possible. romance can bloom very suddenly without you knowing. i guess along the way you shoulf be sincere and truthful. give that girl a little surprises here and there and let her know that you really care. good luck.

Chemistry can grow. There is no one set way to ignite it, all women are respond differently to certain situations. Try diffrent things and see which one yields the best results. Bon chance!

Romance and a relationship can, and there can be chemistry to some extent but it's different to those you're instantly attracted to. I had a ten year relationship with a man that I had no instant attraction to. His persistence made me get to know him and getting to know him made me fall in love with him. Knowing him made him extremely attractive to me but I'm like that.. not interested in looks. I am certainly not the norm when it comes to people so I'm probably not a good one to advise on all women's thoughts but in my case yes.. it can, it did and it was well worth finding.

Sure some people need a solid friendship first.

Then after you are comfortable then you get the Boom of chemistry!

hey, i like the "independent" thing hehehe...
chemistry for me is the same as compatability n affinity so...without it i doubt if ever romance will ignite, maybe lust, thats possible but love? i don't think so...sorry

Sure, in time a friendship/bonding occurs and then chemistry can happen. Not all chemistry is instantaneous.

I think so cuz if you keep on meeting and talking on the phone with a person it's possible cuz the more you see and talk to him the more you start liking this person. How do i know it cuz it happend to me. I didnt like this person at all cuz i thought we didnt have chemestry but we i gave him the opportunity to meet me and now i like him and we get along so well. so just give this person the opportunity to meet and talk and dont hesitate cuz it might be worth it u never know.
