I just read a artical on yahoo about energy drinks.

Most people have there coffee in the morning because they need to to get them going. I drink red bull during my first class of every day or else it's so hard to wake up and get my day going. If I forget to pack one it's like I feel deprived of it and I crave it.
(not getting enough sleep, stressed out freshman in college)
(I have the big like 48 packs in my dorm room)

On the can it does say "improved performance and concentration" But everyone tells me that it's really bad for me, and it's true that sometimes if I drink one to fast my hands with shake a bit and on days I have had more then one I almost seem to get a high. In anyways does it improve my performance and concentration?

I'm in shape I cheer, and it dosn't seem to be effecting my weight.

should I be worried about drinking my daily red bull?

I would so lay off those because if you have any kind of problems and don't know like example heart murmur anything to do with the heart and you are not aware of it can kill you . How do i know this cause last year a teenage bot was playing basketball in a game before the game he drank i want to say the same drink you are drinking right now but not sure. Do know they said it was the ephedrine i think that's how you spell it. That killed him our whole town was shocked he was a senior and in sports so go figure.

No, you shldn't be worried. I dun think there are any side effects to drinking red bull everyday. It's only dangerous if you mix it with alcohol. Then you die. Some people did.
I used to drink red bull everyday when I was a kid and it really helped my homework.

Stop drinking red bull for a week, see what happens. It may not harm you physically, but it may psychologically.

In my opinion caffeine mentally causes more harm than benefit in the long term. I suggest reading about caffeine more extensively.
