I grew up on milk but recently when I drink it my jaw gets swollen and other muscles in my wrists or arms.This is very strange, it happens when I drink milk and lasts for about a day. This never used to happen untill this past year.Is it possible to become allergic to something that you grew up on and never were before??????

Ick. I hate cows milk. But, yes, I have heard that it is normal and quite possible to become allergic to things you didnt used to be allergic to. I asked an allergist once and she said it happens all the time. You know you can use rice or soy milk as a substitute, right? They have milk for lactose intolerant people too. Maybe you should just go to an allergist and see what they say.
