You're probably doing harm to your body. In a few years, I'm pretty sure Red Bulls, Monsters, and other energy drinks will be identified as cancer causing drink. Just remember too much of something is always bad for you. Always have a balance. of nutrients...
Try this:
"Energy drinks may give you a temporary energy boost. The "boost" typically comes from the large amount of sugar and caffeine these drinks contain.
Although the various sugars used to sweeten energy drinks can briefly increase energy, consuming large quantities of sugar is likely to cause weight gain. Caffeine is a stimulant, which also can temporarily perk you up. But too much caffeine can cause adverse side effects, such as nervousness, irritability, increased heart rate and blood pressure, and insomnia.
Energy drinks are not necessarily bad for you. But they shouldn't be seen as "natural" alternatives either. Some of the claims made by manufacturers of energy drinks — such as "improved performance and concentration" — can be misleading.
Consider a better way to boost your energy: Get adequate sleep, exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet. These strategies not only will increase your energy in the short run, but also will help you maintain your overall physical and mental fitness in the long run." Red Bull is a carbonated drink. I have concerns about carbonated drinks and sodas. For one, they are often made with distilled water. What's wrong with distilled water you might ask. Well, once in a great while, I see nothing wrong, but over time, it has been proposed that distilled water - which has no minerals in it - will begin to leach minerals from your bones and tissues. This, in turn, causes severe deficiencies and a host of health problems. A study was done that linked esophageal cancer with consuming large amounts of carbonated sodas per day. I also am leary of the phosophoric acid used in soft drinks. A CNN report stated that phosphoric acid temporarily weakens the enamel on your teeth, and if you were to brush your teeth vigorously within a half hour to 45 minutes of drinking a soda, you could cause permanent damage to your teeth. And if it does this to the hard enamel of your teeth, what might it be doing to your esophagus and stomach? Also, several carbonated drinks a day has been known to kill your taste buds. True, they do grow back, but it leaves you temporarily with a limited sense of taste.

Do you know Red Bull has 2000mg of taurine amino acid (extracts from bull testicles) tons or caffeine and sugar.
Result, too much carbohydrates, dehydration chance and exertion. They are definitely a healthy drink.

In the grand scheme of things, caffeine is not that bad for you. You can overdo it, but I think one a day is fairly moderate.

i segest that you switch to a drink called cocaine because it has no corn syrup in it and red bull does, so you crash with the bull and if you like a good rush cocaine is good for that
