I have been have alot of medical problems (internal bleeding and high blood pressure) lately and I was wondering how can I get afford everything when I'm so poor and going to college. I can hardly afford doctor visits and meds.

youre thinking of medicaid, not medicare. State program, start with your health dept, they can guide you.

First you go to a doctor and ask them.
They will determine if you are disabled.
If you are able to go to college,
then you are not disabled
and you don't need medicare.
You can seek Mediaid.
