Hell is entirely a Christian concept that does not apply to anyone else. Most people of other religions and lackthereof don't believe that hell exists. The Underworld of Greek mythology is not the same as the Christian hell.
Also, how would anyone know that it was frozen over? Is there someplace you can transport a la Star Trek to view what goes on there to get a report on it? Not likely.

The Bible says in 2 Corinthians chapter 6, verse 2:
Oh, excuse me Mr. Jokester, by the way in this verse pay close attention because it is the Almighty God speaking to you, no kidding.
For he says, "In the time of my favor I heard you and in the day of salvation I helped you".
I tell you, NOW is the time of God's favor, NOW is the day of salvation.
Hey Jokester, you see that NOW is the time to repent. NOW is the day to become a born again believer.
Hell will never freeze over, would you therefore prefer to die in your sins, and GUESS WHAT? Hell's not frozen and it wont be so if you choose to die in your sins it will be waiting and all ready nice and Hot just the way you died to get in it.
You need to say out loud; Lord Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross and came back to life for my sins.
You need to ask Jesus to forgive you of all you're sins.
You need to ask Jesus to come into your heart and be your Lord and Savior.
Now I'll leave you with my favorite motto's:
Jesus saves Now...........Tomorrow might be too late.............
AND
JESUS CHRIST.........DON'T LEAVE EARTH WITHOUT HIM!!!!!!

No not really.... because Hell will never freeze over. Somtime before you die would be nice... and since you don't have tomorrow promised to you, why chance it? do it TODAY!

according to scriptures , the tortue in hell includes extreme hot temperatures as well as extreme cold temperatures , perhaps alternating. but it does not freeze as in like antarctica.
