What's more, think of the personality characteristics of a God who would murder all the babies and children, all because he got a little offended. This is a God whose temper crosses the bounds of reasonableness. This is a God who displays the worst in human nature. My only comfort: This is a God that, like all the others, doesn't exist.

There is no reason to say that God cannot physically affect the earth. Clearly, the flood in which Noah found himself is evidence that God clearly does physically affect the world. On top of that, God created the world, and so He does affect the earth. In fact, the Lord permeates all that exists and involves Himself with all that is good, both physical and immaterial.

what are you talking about? who says God can't affect the physical realm? he did it several times in the Bible. he only promised not to flood the earth again after the Great Flood with the Arc (yes, the same Arc you're talking about - God made that flood, remember?)

um saws anyone and 500 years had to help, the animals were commanded by God to come and they wouldnt have to have eaten much, they could survive for 40 days if they didnt gorge themselves, and as for water, well it was raining all that time so water isnt an issue. (and if you can get all this together, God is certainly going to give you knowlege on what to do)

First of all, the Bible gives measurements for it, and I don't think it was that big. Second of all, Noah just did what God told him to do, and God provided the rest. Third of all, I'm sure people had tools. xD

Yea, he did it in 120 years, with his three young buff sons to help. Noah built it, God just TOLD him too. Animals came to him, care of them was common sense, and as for water, there was fresh water EVERYDAY with the rain, duh. Really, common sense on this one would go a long way for you.
