Get L'oreal Preference. It has this conditioner that you put on your hair before you die and it moisturizes your hair so it doesn't sustain as much damage.

get some cholestrol & use it 1st, follow the directions. You should let your hair grow out a little in between colorings. Then depending on what you can afford get your hair color

Wella Colour Touch. It has no ammonia and has beeswax which makes your hair shiny. & yeah you should go easy on dying your hair because any chemicals do damage to your hair
