I'm talking about like the hair that you normally stick behind your ears, but it's like above the ear towards the center... are you supposed to let it grow out or do girls trim it or keep it a certain length or what? I'm a guy and I'm trying to grow my hair out long but I don't know if I cut that part or not...

Let it all grow out together. Some guys look good with long hair, some don't. Keep it clean and combed or brushed. If it always looks ratty, cut it off, it's not helping your looks.

LOL!!! if you're growing your hair out let it all grow unless you want a Mullet!! I let my hair grow for the last 4 years and its down to my a** now, thinking of cutting it soon before I start sitting on it or worse...

well girls dont cut that part, but i think guys do. unless your hair is gonna be superlong, then you could just tuck it behind when it gets long enough...why are you growing your hair out? unless you are in a band, i wouldnt recommend it for getting the ladies.

if you are growing it out long like less than shoulder length then you should still cut it. but if you are growing it out past your shoulders dont cut it.

if you're going to grow it out long, then don't cut any of it, unless you wanna look like you have a mullet. lol. my hair is to my waist and i have straight cut bangs...it's long over my ears. lmao.

grow all of your hair out. keep it trimmed and it will look right. long hair slightly messed up, and stubble is perfect!
