Wait at least 2 1/2 hours between meals, stop before you're too full and don't eat after 8pm.

read the book "eat right for your type"
it says how to eat a balanced diet according to your blood group.etc...
really works

and u need excersise too.

Don't snack between meals. Sounds so simple doesn't it. The thing is, it works!
