Is that why you married her, for her thinness? How long did you expect that to last, maybe a little longer than it did - but what were you planning to do when she is 45 or older? It's super hard for some women, in comparrison to men, to lose weight and keep it off. Perhaps you should do the grocery shopping and cooking to make sure she is eating right - show her you are with her for better or worse. Maybe handle the evening maintenance tasks while she goes to the gym. Buy her some fatburners like hydroxycut (any brand just check it out first). Tell her you know she is unhappy and that makes you unhappy, how can you help? Try and be a little more compassionate in the future, yeah. You did ask her to marry you, right?

The first thing u should do is to get a big mirror and take a close look at urself.
Your question tells that u r not a good partner. What would u do if u switched places and she rejected u for the way u look now? How would u feel? Stop being such a selfish person and try to be a good husband.
"For better, for worse".

Happens to everyone. Trust me, she's aware of it. You don't need to point it out to her. It will make her eat more most likely.
Take her out for just a walk. Make salads with her. Love her. Change the lifestyle you share to be healthier and more active. Offer encouragement.
Don't vomit.

I think you should both go on a new lifestyle bender. Tell her you want both of you to get physical and do something exercise like with her. You do the food shopping and cooking so she can't feast on rubbish. Chances are you are you probably need an overhaul too.

You would have to do it in a tactful way and not with that attitude man.
Why not suggest you both go to a gym or something as a recreation. Don't tell her its because shes overweight though. Just say why not both of us go to keep fit.

Instead of criticizing, compliment her good qualities. And if you really love her, you'll remember that we all get old and deteriorate; if you can't accept her now, how will you react when the gray hair and wrinkles show up?

very carefully, but maybe make it a point to try and do physical things w/ her. buy two bikes and take bike rides, go hiking, rock climbing etc. get fit together! and then when she starts to improve her look let her know you are noticing! very carefully. and she'll be happy because you'll be spending more time together.

Invite her to do exercise activities with with you, go for walks or to the gym or something. It doesn't sound as though you have done anything to help her lose weight. Motivate her, don't be rude!

Did you ever think that in a marriage, if you are very happy and content, you gain weight? If you love your wife, you will treat her with nothing but respect.

tell her by being fat and unattractive too. if she tells you you're disgusting by being that fat, then tell her she is too. you are just demostrating how disgusting she has become.
who knows, maybe in the end you will realize that she became that fat to demonstrate how disgusting you were and always have been.
