Well in my opinion to live a good life people should not get too involved with the news.Those who are constantly aware of everything going on are just getting depressed. hearing everything from global warming to war on terrorism to rapes and murders will just make you upset. I also feel that people should not get too involved in religion as well if you are in constant fear or the world ending or an antichrist you wont be able to enjoy anything. Just be yourself have fun do whatever you want to do. You only live once so experiance everything you could. Get your education get involved in any kind of entertainment and dont think about the negative things all the time. But also be smart and aware of things. Dont worry about financial problems as well if you have them just work on ways of fixing it instead of thinking about it 24/7. Just always think about the positive things and dont worry about consequences and have fun.

To me, leading a good life is following the lessons of the bible. Leading a good life is hard. Vices are so much easier to do. The lesson "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" would create a good life for everyone if followed. Recently in my town a family who did not believe in God lost their home & everything in it to a fire. They had no insurance. Their neighbors rebuilt their home & the family now actually believes that there is something higher than us to inspire such giving in people.

Stop fighting over trivial aspects of life, such as political standing (Conservative v. Liberal), learn to tolerate people based on the fact that they are people and not differences in race, religion, sexual orientation. To find what makes them similar instead of what the differences are.

First, believe in God.
Secondly, pray for wisdom, for if you have wisdom, you'll have it all. You will have a happy, healthy, prosperous and a balanced life.
Prosperity is the mistress of wisdom.
Third, make use of the opportunities given to you and work on them.
Fourth, be always thankful and be grateful to God your benefactor.
Lastly, be generous and share your blessings with the least fortunate.

Treat others with kindness, help people when you can and tell people about God and how there's hope. Basically following the path that Jesus led. You could also invite people to come to your church.
