There are soo many and I already have Billy Blanks Cardio Circuit 1 which I love, I lost 30 lbs. using it, and I have The Biggest Loser. Do any of you suggest Yoga? or Pilates? I hate it when I buy a video and then i end up hating it. I should be able to view it b4 i buy it, ya know??

The Winsor Pilates series is great. I just got The Firm and don't like it as much, it's pretty intense. The pilates is too but you don't sweat for some reason, so it's great for when you just have a little bit of
time during the day.

I have one by Living Arts called Yoga for Weight Loss and I love it. It's very basic, and it gives alternate positions to use if you are too tight in some areas. It has a workout and then has a toning workout at the end.

i have been alternating between Giam organization's Pilates for weight-loss video and the biggest Loser 2 workout consultation video and between that and a pair of weight-loss plan transformations i have slimmed down a lot. in spite of the indisputable fact that, i have not lost diverse certainly kilos (a lot of muscle progression) i have in basic terms lost about 25 lbs., yet 6 gown sizes!

Just have fun being active and you'll keep in perfect shape.
You also might want to ask yourself what sports you like to play and whether or not you would like to join a ladies team.

i like carmen electra's aerobic striptease, but get the second one b/c the first one isn't very strenuous.
