Here are the symptoms:
-we have this stupid poking game
-he always tries to catch my eye... and sometimes i have purposefully avioded some situacions because i knew he would want to talk to me
-he keeps on asking me whats wrong... and has been dying for me to spill my guts to him for the past month. but like a good flirt i keep on procrastinating it... :)
-he has a gf, but doesnt act that same way with anyone else. just me.
- we are pretty good friends.. more than aquantences... and i have liked him from the beinging... but i wont initiat anything for my life! nor will i lead on that i like him... more than i have liked any guy ive ever known. with him its so much deeper than that.

He's lilly padding. He wants to make sure he can land on your pad before he leaves his current girly... Or maybe he just wants to play, his a little naughty. Either way, it's been a month stop teasing, I can't take it any more. Side note- I'm really surprised your won-over by being poked at.

mmmm yes , flirting,in my eyes is when two people are attracted, to in one form or an other, you said he has a girlfriend, i guess you enjoy this so called flirtation, i also guess he does also, you say these are the symptions ,i would suggest that not only are you playing with fire, but he is, would you like you boyfiend to behave in this manner? i guess not, if is deeper than anyone one else,i guess this may be the one for you , im not guessing anymore,i belive you know what you doing......

I am in the same situation. It depends how close you are. If you see each other often, then most likely it is flirting. If he goes around you only when he's bored or has nothing to do, then most likely it isn't flirting. Depends what your point of view of it is.
