G'day Rienos,
Thank you for your question.
It is fine to go jogging as long as you keep warm. You might want to do it later in the day. Depending on the temperature, you can get frostbite and hypothermia.
To combat that, have layers of coverage including for the head. A good jacket is essential and can be shed if needed. You can wear tracksuit pants as well. You need to be particularly careful of windchill. Wear bright reflective clothing if visibility is bad such as in a fog.
Against that, jogging helps keep you active and stops you from becoming obese as long as you are sensible. You might also want to look at alternate forms of exercise just as a gym if the weather becomes too cold or unpleasant.
I have attached sources for your reference.
Regards

Yes, when we were on the ski team in high school we used to go jogging in shorts all the time when it was below freezing. I like it better running in the cold because I get less overheated.

Your big concern would be the wind chill. Most marathons runners prefer to run when temp. are in the 40s and 50s. You can still run easily in temp. below freezing. Best to dress warmly, wear sweat whisking fabric next to skin and then next layer wool while top layer could be cotton.

The ideal functioning temperature is 45 degrees. So I don't see why not. Just stay warm and make sure you can feel all your limbs (including toes and fingers)!

Certainly! Dress appropriately and in layers. As you get going you'll get warmer so you can take a layer off. Run with a hat, that's where you lose the most of your heat.

Dress in layers, you can also shed them as you get warm, but remember even in cold weather you can dehydrate just as fast or faster than in warmer weather. so drink water and wear a hat that's where most of your body heat escapes.

You will be fine just wear a sweat suit but even if you were to wear shorts if you keep your pace up you will stay warm because of the constant blood flow.

As long as you're bundled up and don't feel too cold, you should be fine. You should probably wear a knit cap to keep your head warm. And if you feel sick or weird, call it quits okay? Good luck?

totally fine. in fact, I like it that way. you don't sweat as much or get overheated. just warm up a little more before you start going full pace. and wear a hat to cover your head/ears if it's really cold.
