do you love your gods so much that you would become a nomad?
would you do that? get away from the day to day boring life away from electronic devices live of the land the gods gave you?
and being out there by yourself wou give you plenty of time to pray and talk with your gods, you would have a great relationship with them, I know that i will do that, it is my dream but i dont think i will be a nomad, how about you, would you do this or do you have a dream of your own about something like this?

If my God wants me to be a nomad then that will be the best thing I can do for Him. If we allow Him, God will give us something to do that suits each of us perfectly and give us also the spiritual fruit and gifts that empower to us to do it with great fruitfulness. We will enjoy doing it from a position of rest as we take His yoke upon us(Matt 11:29,30).

I think God will not ask any of His children to become a nomad just to be "close to Him", especially not in our modern days. We get closed to God by helping His other children, feeding the hungry and blessing the lives of the sick and the afflicted, and dedicating our lives in service. We are blessed to have the advanced society and modern technologies to make our lives much easier, I think God would love to see us using these means to bless other people who are less fortunate. To be close to God we have to develop love for Him and strive to achieve excellence in our lives in order to become self-reliant, then we are able to serve Him. Being a nomad will probably not get too much of God's work done.

If that is what my God told me to do then I would do it . I enjoy the time that I have with God and the things that He has told me to do. I trust Him.

Indeed if my health permitted it would be my ideal choice. I would love to go and live with John Michael Talbot's group at Little Portion Hermitage. They accept single men, women, and families.
