It was a bunch of us unmarried friends, and one of the guys said it to the other guy. I was called bachelor number 2. The guy is older than me, so maybe that's why he's number 1. But what does that mean exactly?

i sort of reminded him that "he's bachelor number one" while chatting online, and he didn't respond to it. I was not implying anything about being non-committal, it was sort of meant to be a compliment.
