just get google's Picasa, it also edits them, free program, here's the link

Try picasa from Google. It lets you manage your photos in albums, geocode images, alter them ie crop, and touch up etc and upload them onto the web to share with your friends. It isn't any good for doing anything complicated like adobe or paintshop pro, but if you are looking for a way of managing you photo library and sharing them, then you can't go past picasa.

from win .xp . open a bmp file right >hit on it hit on edit > (MS-paint will open from there u can edit and join more photos to it . on the bottom on the right there will be a blue *dot* put ur mouse icon on that. then move it down . then ur see free space to add more photos to that . then hit on *edit past from find the next photo . hit on that then hit open then move that photo that just went in to to side of the frist one then add more . when you have it set up hit on
*file save as* make sure the save as type box is set for 24 *jpg * name the file then save it then go to the saved file hit on it to open you have 2 or more photos in one *jpg* photo then with jpg you can upload to yahoo 360

www.download.com is the best. When are you about to search, make sure to select free license. That way only the ones that are free will be shown.
