i went to the front desk and told them what happend.they gave me eye wash .when i put this eye wash in my eye it felt like battery acid.it hurt like hell.they call floor manager we explained what had happend.he said hang tight let me get some paperwork for to fill out.after waiting for 10 mins he returned.the paperwork he had was to blank pieces of paper.he asked me to write my name number and what had happend.then said someone would be calling me. we left went to the hospital where i find out i had a corneal abrasion a cut on my eye ball.that's hurt's like hell.so i took a couple of eye tests and my vision is cloudy .it feels like there is a razor blade under my eye lid.got a presciption 4 vicodinand sulamyd.and i have a follow up appointment tommorrow.which i will have to miss a half of day of work.i'm no wimp believe i've had my share of pain from accidents and surgreys knee you name it. but this pain i'm feeling right now is no joke.can anbody help with any suggestions

Make sure you follow all the rules. The five "W's" who, what, when, where and why. Get all names, dates, who saw what. Then follow the Depots Representatives advice and see where it leads. See that they comply with your requests for doctors and hospitals if necessary.
I would insist on a legal Representative, they have a legal department, don't let them throw you a curve, they might try, to save money down the line or a lawsuit.
Call a free attorney if things don't sound right.

You cut your eye on a tree? A corneal abrasion hurts like crazy. Did they put a patch on it to keep you from moving it about? If they didn't then you should until you get to the doctor tomorrow. It will help some. Good luck!

So far, you are doing everything right.
Home Depot is reasonable in dealing with all customer problems and complaints. If the store does not follow up, look up Home Depot on the internet and call their 800 complaint number. They will motivate the store to do something to help you.

If that does not work, then call a lawyer.
