You forgot your frame.

small , medium, and large frame.....so weight differs....it's a matter if you feel comfortable with yourself, and what I think does not matter at all.

So work on what's bugging you ...you know inside out.

Good luck and best personal regards!

This is the formula that fitness centers use to determine "ideal" weight.

5ft=100lbs
each inch above 5 ft=5lbs/inch
+10% for muscle mass
(+10% for bone density)

So...
100+15+12=127 or 100+15+12+12=139

To determine bone density, wrap your thumb and first finger around the wrist of your other hand. If your fingers touch, you are less densely boned. If they do touch, you are more densely boned. Less densely boned at your height=127, more densely boned at your height=139.

*Please note that these are approximations, and if you are within 10% or so, you're good!

Please also note, that body fat % is a better way to determine how you are doing weight wise!

I would say about 120 would be a healthy weight on average for your height, though your body makeup makes a huge difference in that number; bone density, % of lean muscle, etc. Remember, BMI numbers are strictly an average, and don't figure in many possible factors. For example, a 6'3" receiver in the NFL frequently weighs in excess of 225lbs. They are as lean as one can get, but have a high percentage of lean muscle which weighs a lot. On the BMI scale, that height/weight ratio would indicate that player is obese!

The healthy weight for you is around 118 pounds... The ideal weight for you is when you look in the mirror & say to yourself "damn I look good".
