It doesn't have to be breakfast food. Pick something that you like that will get you through the morning. I prefer breakfast food at night when I have more time to prepare and eat it. Do toaster waffles with peanut butter.

You don't just have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast...anything that would be a healthy meal is a good choice. I happen to be a fan of potatoes, but who says you can't have soup, or pizza, or even lasagna for breakfast?

Try instant chinese cup noodles - very easy and quick to prepare.
Open one cup, put some seasoning (which comes with it) and
pour hot boiling water up to its brim. Wait for a minute to soak
well with the boiling water.
Now you can eat it easily with a plastic fork provided and you can head off for school without fuss.
Try it today!

I don't like sweet stuff for breakfast either. I have a box of individual packets of instant grits. They're great!

I agree with one of the other posters, you don't have to eat breakfast food for breakfast, turkey and cheese is one of my favorite things to eat for breakfast.

tuna fish sandwich
mix 1/2 can of tuna fish with 1 tablespoon of mayo, spread half of the mixture on bread, sprinkle some ground pepper, put 2 thin slices of tomato & 2 thin slices of cucumber on the mixture, top with another piece of bread, cut sandwich into half or quater, enjoy.

You can make use of the left over ingredients - tomato, cucumber, tuna fish to fix tuna salad, olive oil + balsamic vinegar.
