Lucifer was the name of an angel in heaven, his name was changed to Satan when he was cast down to earth. If he asked God for forgiveness, then God would forgive him, however, Satan will never ask God for forgiveness because he feels that he is right and God is wrong, he is too proud to repent and he would rather destroy everything that God has created, including Satan himself and his followers rather than let God win. You know the old saying, "If I'm going down, I'm gonna take as many with me as I can."

I think your question is very intriguing. God can only forgive those who want to change and the whole concept of Lucifer is evil and has no intention of doing good. God can have mercy but he knows that Lucifer is incapable of loving due to it's nature. When most of us feel we've done something wrong we usually change our behaviour. You must remember that each sin requires a different level of forgiveness. If you steal from your mom's wallet has a different consequence than from killing someone.

Yes he will forgive. The problem with lucifer is that he thinks he is superior to God so he would never ask for forgiveness.

Wasn't Lucifer supposed to be the most beloved of God? I would guess God would forgive him.

He would be forgiven, the greatest thing that could ever happen in this world would be if the fallen angels repented of their sins.
But this of course can never happen because God does not see people by the things they do or what they look like, but by their heart, mind, and faith. Satan was condemned because He rejected God and does even to this day, still refusing to glorify Him as Lord for Satan wants to be lord. The same goes for people and other angels who are condemned, they do not love or glorify the Lord and never will so they shall remain condemned.

The same thing that today's sinners who wait until after the declaration of judgment has been made on them to ask for forgiveness. There are also those who tried to get into the Ark after the flooding began. A declaration of judgment has already been made on Satan and the fallen angels. They've already been kicked out of heaven and force to stay in the vicinity of the earth. The time for forgiveness is long past.

I think that Lucifer has resigned to God´s forgiveness.
But in the case he might ask him, well, I don´t see any reason why God won´t forgive him.

Angels or demons cannot receive redemption. Once they have gone to the dark side, it is for good. Jesus died for the sins of humans, and only humans can receive forgiveness. Only through the shedding of the blood of the lamb of God can forgiveness be attained. Only humans can be redeemed through this sacrifice. If you can find a passage from Scripture to refute this, I would like to see it.

Lucifer's fate is already sealed. He already chose to reject God. He's going to Hell and he wants to take as many people with him as he can.
It's similar to people who reject God's free gift of salvation. When you die....it's too late. That's the only reason Christians feel obligated to tell you about Jesus Christ. I picture my friend going to Hell asking and pleading with me why I didn't tell them. All I had to do was tell them.
After you die....it's too late to ask for forgiveness. Lucifer and 1/3 of the other angels are already going to the lake of fire.
