The eye is wide open and completely blind

Your third eye is certainly not partially blind. I don't picture it as wide open, just observing.

In June of 2000,it opened fully,and then it went partially blind.

Wide open. It opened when I had a series of seizures a good many years ago.

I'm a parent, I have a second pair of eyes in the back of my head & they're all wide open. :)

Fairly open. I can read people's energy well, which is strange. They sense it, and it makes it uncomfortable for all.
