Diet pills are more than bad, they are a health disaster!! There were the ones just a few years ago that caused heart problems and death. (I guess that is one way to lose weight though) There are no good side to diet pills. I don't know of one person who took diet pills to lose weight and was successful. Everyone gains the weight back plus a few more pounds. You may want to look into the lawsuits filed because of diet pills. That would tell you the real story.

Well, just look at how many are on the market. Money makers, don't ya think? They know people will try just about everything to lose weight. It's like taking speed. Which is strange because if you were to obtain any kind of uppers without a prescription, Adderall, Ritalin, etc and you got caught, you'd get arrested for having a controlled substance. It's happened. Why is it okay for people to sell diet pills when it's basically the same thing?

Diet pills are bad. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. More info on diet pills at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Well in my opinion people can lose weight without a diet pill if they really wanted to. They just need to be very determined and stay on a diet for a while.

Bad
Phentermine:
Please read:
What is the most important information I should know about phentermine?
Use caution when driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities. Phentermine may cause dizziness, blurred vision, or restlessness, and it may hide the symptoms of extreme tiredness. If you experience these effects, avoid hazardous activities.
Phentermine is habit forming. You can become physically and psychologically dependent on this medication, and withdrawal effects may occur if you stop taking it suddenly after several weeks of continuous use. Talk to your doctor about stopping this medication gradually.
Do not crush, chew or open any "once-daily" phentermine tablets or capsules. Swallow them whole.

I lost 112 pounds by losing it slowly. I was happy at losing 1-5 pounds amonth. It took me 1.5 years to lose it but it is gone. I exercised daily so that I would not have the flabby skin. I started out only being able to walk 7 minutes and gave up that day. I went back out the next day and walked 15 minutes. I can now jog and love to jog 3-5 days per week up to 1 hour. You can do this !

Diet pills are a waste of money and filled with nothing but empty promises. The only thing that really works is a healthy diet and exercise.

Hi!
Unfortunately the food pyramid is upside down. Our forebears used to eat lots of meats and protein. Then they found that eating only food, that often fought back, could be replaced by things like grains. Unfortunately that caused the body to think that the hunting was bad, and began to store fat from the grains. We still use corn, and grains to fatten beef, etc. The FDA and our government has managed to recommend a diet that has 60% of Americans obese. I recommend eating protein at every meal. Eggs are great sources of balanced food. Try to get high omega-3 oil eggs. Christopher is best and Eggland's Best is a good second choice. Stop eating food with those vegetable oils, and high fructose corn syrup. Use olive oil, ( coconut oil for frying) and honey for sweetening if necessary. Stop the diet sodas. Water is better, and non fattening. I recommend going to http://www.mercola.com/ for more information. There is so much mis-information being spread by the media that it is hard to get real information. I think that if you think of the first statement, you will lose weight, and feel much better.
Good luck!

Diet pills can be good because they help you lose weight, but it doesn't work magically on it's own, it only promotes loss of fat which means you still need to diet and exercise hardcore,
Some diet pills give you more energy to exercise so you think it works but it is still you who does all the work.
