Because America is full of a bunch of bible thumping puritan extremists, that freak at the idea of sexuality.
But seem to be just fine with extreme violence.
Personally if i had kids, I'd prefer them to see breasts in a movie over some guy getting his brains splattered all over the place.

First of all, sex is NOT dirty and disgusting and virginity IS special.
Sex was designed by God to bring a man and a woman together into a "oneness", a method of bringing new lives into the world and strengthening their relationship for life. It is fun, enjoyable, fulfilling, exciting, and creates an indescribable union between a husband and wife.
Outside of marriage, sex produces guilt (hence the dirty and disgusting image), and creates the image of people hiding in dark places doing things they shouldn't (and that's also correct). Sex outside of marriage also produces anxiety, worry, a loss of self-respect, and a feeling that you are indeed dirty and disgusting.
God does NOT make mistakes. These feelings both in and out of marriage are the correct feelings for sex.
Sex is not understood by children or teens fully. Children don't understand because there is no frame of reference and when they are involved in sexual activity they are being abused in some form or another (I am NOT talking about normal curiosity). Teens hormones say "have sex" but they do not have the maturity to understand the ramifications of their actions. Feeling "good" is more important than the possibility of creating children without 2 stable parents with financial security. It is just FLAT WRONG.
Virginity is the ONLY gift you can give your future spouse that no one else can give them and that is why it's special.

Sex age 18 and under is portrayed dirty but only to some. Over 18 many think its 100% fine. I love sex.
The reason is that is feels great and stuff.

It really isn't dirty. Sex is a natural biological urge given to all humans. The urge to procreate, creating new life, and passing on your genes manifests itself in all animals - and yes, biologically speaking, we are animals.
That being said society places restrictions on what is and isn't acceptable. Is it taboo? It depends on your culture which includes religion (a big part), nationality, etc. Most major religions proscribe pre-marital sex on grounds of morality. Roman Catholicism traditionaly frowns on sex outside of procreation. Islam, Judaism, and Hinduism encourage people to enjoy sex but within the confines of marriage.
It's not dirty. But you ultimately have to make the decision as to what is acceptable (age, marital status, gender of your partner etc.).

sexual stimulation is overwhelming when you are experiencing it for the first time ...and if you are with a man that is gentle ...........something you will treasure forever.........puritan fear of natural desires mixed with hypocritical thought.....is why sex is prtrayed as more evil than violence on TV or in movies. Sex if practiced safely is a wonderful thing.......

Children won't understand what they are seeing thus causing confusion and possibly damaging their perception of love.
