Such as Witches' Cookies, or something to do with Halloween.
I need one that doesn't need to be microwaved or baked, but is delicious!

Sorry, scratch out the part about cookies. it can be like, something easy...as long as you don't have to bake and it's a dessert!

Make rice krispie treats, you can shape them however you want, and then use colored candy to make eyes or other decorations on them.
Do a search for rice krispie treats!

Oatmeal Chocolate No-bake Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups of white sugar
1 stick of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
3 cups of oatmeal
Preparation:Mix the first three ingredients in saucepan. Boil for one minute. Remove from the heat. Add the remaining ingredients. Scoop and drop by tablespoon onto wax paper and cool.

go to wal-mart and buy some Halloween cookies. or buy some plain ones and take them home and decorate with frosted Halloween figures
