Turn the shirt (I'm assuming ) inside out. lay a pressing cloth over the area that has the patch. Heat the iron to the temperature for the fabric and press over the pressing cloth that is behind the patch. Keep it moving so you don't scorch the fabric.See if it has loosened. If not , increase the temperature. Continue until you can pull off the patch. Any product you use to remove the glue residue, make sure you test it in an inconspicuous spot.

Take a heat gun to it... remove any excess glue with goo gone.

the same way you put it on, heat it with the iron and pull it off
