Im looking for a list of good and bad hair product ingredients?

Im trying to find out if this shampoo is good for my hair or not, can anyone help me?

Difficult question. But try avoiding shampoos with ammonium or sodium lauryl sulfate. It can dry out your hair. Try to look for ingredients like aloe, jojoba, tocopherol acetate, henna etc. I don't know any more than this. :)
