I have tried to discuss the immigration issue in a Latino Forum and all I get from the anti illegals are answers calling me a "****-ing proillegal activist." Also, they have insulted my country and very few of them actually debate. They claim to be Americans and not wanting anything to do with Latino culture, since it has proven to be "inferior." What's up with this? Americans are actually being more tolerant and open to debate. Also, people who claim to be white Americans participate in those forums and have sort of that same attitude.

there racist because they know no other way. their minds are close to everything around them. all they see is what they want. they need to open their minds, and grow. i have no time with people who want to argue and fight over something that is for discussion.

Americans love to argue & debate an issue almost to death looking for any and all alternatives to a problem before deciding upon a single course of action, when action is taken we follow through with a swift and terrible veaneance at times.
There wil always be people from all ethnic groups that have very intolerant and hate filled attitudes.
There is no escaping intolerance, discrimination and racism, You just need to wade through all the B.S. and decide for yourself what you choose to believe based upon facts and your own experiences.

I think you're right, their problem is that they are always gonna be considered as mexicans even if they were born here, and don't speak spanish, just for their looks and their names, and if they could erase having a mexican background they would, but since they can't that's why they're so intolerant and racists. And I don't know what they're talking about most of them are nothing else but "anchor babies" I know a few.

Because they took the time, and obeyed the law coming here, or are natural born citizens of Latino decent, then the pro-illegal movement acts like they are speaking for them.
If I was in their shoes, I would be mad also. Leave the Americans alone.

From what I seen on television with their demonstrations--it was bad---burning the American flag--holding up the Mexico flag in honor--and singing their national anthem for Mexico.
I found it very disgusting.

I have spoken to people who have legally immigrated here from Mexico who are deeply ashamed of mexican illegal aliens.
They feel that they are being looked down upon thanks to the stupid actions of close to 20 million illegals who have come through the border.
I just think that thanks to the illegals they are ashamed of where they have come from & venting their anger makes them feel more human and not so ashamed.
