I downloaded a movie which is divided into different rar files. Can I extract the files even if it is not yet complete?...plssss help!!

Usually the information needed to rebuild multiple RAR files into a single movie or other file is in the LAST of the RAR files. It the program has not way of knowing how many files, names, etc. at the beginning of the creation process, so the information goes into the LAST file. Until that file is downloaded, you can not open the others. And even then, they all have to be there for the last file to be able to extract them. So you have to wait until the entire download is complete.

You have to make sure that all the parts are done first then you have to make sure that they are together. If not then it wont work
