OK i know if you have a layer of fat covering muscle you wony be able to see it....but here is the thing. When i wave or rest my arms my tricipes are flabby and i have "bingo arm". Now when i flew my muscles are toned and my arms donnot shake. My beceips have no problem being toned...relaxed or flexed. But for some reason my triceips look like crap until i flex...then they ovcourse look greart and show off my hard work. Any one have this problem or now why i do?..... oh yeah and i am not fat...i'm about 10-15 pounds over my ideal weight but i'm not fat.

Yes i work out....i do about 100 biceip curls and about 30 triceip ( i don't know what they are called the one where you hold a weight behind your head and lift it) and i do 10 dips and a few other things....every day. It seems i have plenty of muscle in my triceilps and beiceips it's just when i'm not flexing you can't see the muscle in my triceips...they look flabby...and i AM on a diet to loose those 10-15 pounds.

The triceps ar the first to get flabby since they are not used as much as the other arm muscles-in order to improve get handweights 5-6lbs. take into hand ,relax shoulders and push arm back you should feel it if you are doing it right. You can start 15 repetitions each arm in 3 sets-rest a minute or two btween sets then as your muscles adjust do 20 reps and then 25 can also gradually go to 10lbs-but only as you are able for you it is more important that you do the full arm back movement than struggle with a heavier weight. go to www.muscleblitz.com for nutrition, and illustrations of body moves including arms with free weights-also from beginner to advanced The shaking is result of loose muscles for when toned will not shake. Free weights are excellent for toning muscles for they enable you to do entire range of motion.Never work out to point of pain--the burn is good but if pain stop-injured muscles take a looooong time to heal so pay attention to what your body is telling you-Never work past pain.

I would add more cardio and cut the sugar completely out of your diet. It takes time too. Consistency is the key, just cuz you arent seeing results now, don't stop! Imagine if you did this for a year, what amazing arms you will have. Dont give up, keep going. It took me 9 whole months to lose my weight (54lbs)...you can see my before and after picture here:

Drink more water, eat more veggies, get more sleep (studies show that sleep before 10pm keeps you lean and young)
Good luck! And stay consistant!

Do you exercise? Your biceps are more toned because you use them whenever you lift things, your triceps need to be worked with some weights to get them as strong as the biceps. The triceps are used alot when you're pushing something away from you, obviously you're pulling more things in than pushing lol.
