Vary your workout. Try different excercises, or switch up to lighter weights with twice the reps or something. Do some really really, really slow reps as well - like a few 30 second ones.

I always found that when I hit a plateau the best way to get though it was go go ahead and increase the amount of weight I was using and just do fewer reps. That usually worked.

The Russians really have the best system for increasing strength but their workout routines are very complicated. It involved a workout that where the weights and amount of reps form a pyramid. Like 15 reps with a fraction of the weight you'd normally use. Each workout you increase the weight and decrease the reps till you get down to about 3 reps with 80% of the maximum weight you can handle. Then you max out, find out the maximum weight you can handle and reset the pyramid using the same fractions (but based on the new maximum).

I did a variation of this workout and found it very effective. But was too complicated for me to keep up with in my head. You'd have to have a notebook in the gym to do that workout.
